Didn't you just install a Treal clutch in your Ryker.
Maybe something got knocked out of adjustment during the install.

The Ryker has a odd shaped tank, so your fuel gauge is not even close to being right.
I have never trusted a miles to empty gauge. If you are in hilly country or were there are a lot of speed...

Akrapovic make some good after market stuff and it is always marked "For Race Use Only".

I have used K&N's on all my off road bikes and trucks since the 70's.
They are a pain to clean and will waterlog even with a rain sock. Always carried a spare.
