From what I understand, the clutch engages at 1800 RPM.
If you are trying to inch forward or reverse at that RPM, it could be the clutch...

Didn't you just install a Treal clutch in your Ryker.
Maybe something got knocked out of adjustment during the install.
Or was it doing this before then.

The Ryker has a odd shaped tank, so your fuel gauge is not even close to being right.
I have never trusted a miles to empty gauge. If you are in hilly country or were there are a lot of speed...
