Does BRP Cares Still Monitor This Forum, or Facebook Spyder Groups????
I Know that "Back In The Day" BRP Cares monitored the post on Spyderlovers.com in the event members would post about issues with their Spyders. I know that Social Media, especially FB, has offered another means to post comments/issues regarding all things Spyder. Just wondering if they are still looking in on us???

The 'member' BRPcare was last on the Forum about 10 days ago, so YES, they still monitor this Forum. Don't know about any other sites tho, you'll hafta ask them!

My 2018 3000 miles had the DPS failure-after a email they were happy to resolve the issue.
2021 500 miles getting engine replaced due to casting issue causing oil leak - no email and they haven't tried to contact me, but I did call customer service before hand. SILENCE
Been at dealer since April 8th and was told by dealership about six weeks. Im being very patient right now.

You are being overly patient right now, IMHO.

Congrats to you on patiences of steel. 500 miles, needs and engine replacement and your whole riding season the bike will be down for repairs. Seem easier and more customer friendly to offer you a new bike.
