Just heard back from Mustang today Re: a seat for the 2020+ RT's. I was advised that it is currently in development and should be ready by summer this year. We shall see ....

I agree with you. I bought a used Corbin years ago for a KLR650. You could see the indentations from the previous owners IT's (ischial tuberosities) or sit bones in the saddle. Talk about firm and not ergonomically contoured.. the worst seat/cushion ever. I am a rehab/seating specialist and did pressure mapping on the cushion, needles to say it was horrible! I made my own from scratch and rode for many miles with zero discomfort.
There are custom seat/saddle builders that understand where to load and off-load bony prominences in order to provide hours pain free riding. FYI, I provide custom seating for our friends with complex mobility issues, including but not limited to spinal cord injuries, ALS, MS, MD, head injuries, CVA's... Seating and positioning is what I do for a living.

I bought an Ultimate seat IMO after spending lots of money its no better than the OEM seat

Damn ... Could have bought yours. I just bought a demo heated seat from Ultimate yesterday. We shall see.....
