My vibes say she will wreck on lap 53--now that she has made it all the way up to 49.

All the really good ones tear up a bunch of cars early in their careers....they're pushing the limits, seeing what they can & can't do, displaying fearless, agressive qualities.......essential in a winner!
All the greats did the same thing! Any ol' mediocre driver can pussyfoot around at the back of the pack....ya gotta take chances to win.

I live just outside Roscoe, IL Danica's hometown. So we are all big fans around here. She has proven fearless brhind the wheel and this with more experience will get her to the winners circle. It may take a little while but that's OK. How many cars ended up wrecked in the shootout? Wrecks will happen, more with the new cars until the drivers learn to keep the car off the wall.

Weather??
Looking like there's some weather moving across the area....might turn into a stop/start/start/stop kind of deal.

Me too! Chose him because of the rainbow colors on his car was easy to identify, use to drive NASCAR on my computer in 93
Looks Like we have to wait till Monday now, glad I taped and fast forwarded thru lots of talk.

First time in NASCAR history, Daytona rained out. Doesn't bode well for the rest of the season. Lots of disappointed folks. Oh well, compost happens.

So far it looks like a little luck is going to be needed...no appreciable difference in the radar from yesterday that I see.
Still got 'storm blobs' moving across from the Gulf and, if anything, may have even shifted south a little.
