Not gonna pull the plug, just cut the cord.
Just got off the phone with the dealership, finally worked my way up to a manager. Here is her answer when I asked to speak with her father which is the owner of both businesses, "CLICK".
Not the support a customer wants to hear. These are your dealers BRP, customer satisfaction not guaranteed. She did wonders for my blood pressure, and assured my abandonment of a bike that I loved.
