I got mine from *******. They have two sizes, 3x5, and 4x6. They are very bright and look great. Mine came from a company that is no longer a sponsor of this site, and the name was hidden by the site. I think several other sponsors carry them as well. Mine is the 4x6”.

Just a heads up, some states do not allow any blue lights to the rear of a vehicle. I remember reading here that poster received a citation for his American LED flag mounted just below his license plate. I believe Mexifornia is one state with that rule.

I do lnow of obe giy in a small town in CA who got a ticket, I think there was more to it though. We have traveled throughout the People’s Republic of CA with flag lights and never had an issue. Joe would love for someone to tell him he can’t display a flag.

Yep, it's one of the most ridiculous excuses for a citation that I can think of. Maybe contempt of cop could have had something to do with it. However, one should avoid any and all reasons that could lead to being pulled over by law enforcement. Prevention is worth much more than a night in the hoosegow.
my wife got stop tonight in Edwardsville, ks for the blue in the american flag on the back of f3 t. the flag is 4"x6". boy you can not even be patriotic and fly the flag on your bike.
Be polite to the cop. If he gives you a ticket, go to court and ask for a jury trial. If there is at least one patriot on the jury, you will get off.

I wished T r i c l e d could make me a flag that had a selective switch that would turn the blue lights to red or white. Then if I were ever stopped for a blue light to the rear I could flip a hidden switch and ask the nice policeman,,,,,,,, "what blue light?"

Thanks IdahoMtnSpyder. This site never ceases to amaze me. There is no question you can post here that cannot be answered simply, or in precise detail, several times. Spyder owners are the most unique, knowledgeable, informative and helpful group of folks I’ve ever had the opportunity to encounter. Keep up the good work people.
FWIW, we rode a bicycle event last weekend. One rider had a tail light that apparently uses blue colored LED as part of the sequence for better visibility.
Yes, he got pulled over by a local Sheriff for having a blue light on his bicycle and was given a verbal warning.
Been all over the BLUEIST parts of CA as well as the red and in the 1000s of CA miles traveled, have never been either pulled over or questioned at any stop were LEOs have been present.

Out of curiosity on this ... so BLUE or RED light to the front and rear is OK .... as long as we do not combine both colors there are no problem.
These laws vary from state to state and are selectively enforced. But it is pretty common in many states that blue and red lights are prohibited or proscribed in certain ways. I know people who have gotten away with it for years in a state where it is illegal and people who got a ticket the first time they rode with blue LED lights on the SIDE of their motorcycle. We just keep it simple: no red or blue lights...period.
