Bajaron's sway bar billet end links.
I own a 2012 RT-S that has Bajaron's sway bar installed with the stock end links. Was wondering if the '12 had any problems with the stock end links breaking or cracking that would warrant replacing the stock links with the billet links?

No issues with the stock 12' links. However, with the weight of the RT and the stiffer bar, I'd swap out the stock links if I rode an RT.

They weren't available when I got the sway bar. So far so good, but I may upgrade in the near future.

I'm sure the old links will work for ya but the new ones are not that much and very easy to change. And remember with links worst case if one breaks it doesn't break on a straight shot it breaks on a turn under load and if your not ready for that could be a bad scene.

Look at the new link vs the old and you will see the difference. Replacement then becomes a no brainer.

Thanks for all your replies!
Sounds like the consensus may be better safe than sorry. As the cost is not that great I guess I will consider replacing the stock links.

I figured that a beefier bar, warranted beefier links! Glad I did!

On the RSS. Do you need to remove Baja Ron's bar to remove factory links to install new links? After reading everyone's post I guess the smart thing to have done was to replace while I had everything down. RSS has less than 2500 miles and it is not ridden by an aggressive rider.

You don't need to remove anything to swap out the Heim Joint Links. Just lift the front of your Spyder enough to slide under it. Using 2 13mm wrenches (ratchet, open end, box end, they all work), take 1 bolt off the top link connection. 1 bolt off the bottom link connection. Replace with the new link, replace the 2 bolts and tighten. Do the same for the other side and that's it.
Oh! Forgot to say that you do need to let the jack down. Very important step!

Thanks Ron, especially the jack part, and will assume I slide out first.

Bajaron's sway bar billet end links.
Received my new fancy red links today...fast service, thank you Ron. Will give me peace of mind knowing I won't have to worry that the new sway bar will cause an issue with the stock plastic ones on my girlfriend's RSS
