Yeah, I never flew a "taildragger" until I bought the Spyder.
I got my license in a tricycle-gear. Then my dad said, "Now I'm going to teach you to fly a real airplane!" He taught me to fly a taildragger in an Aeronca Champ.

Lucky lady. I took one of those Fly a Cessna Lessons for $10 bucks or so back in the late 70's. That was a blast.
