I made a bacon explosion for the men's breakfast Saturday, it was gone very quickly, so I can't offer leftovers. Sorry. But they did ask me to make 2 of them next time.
Try to use applewood bacon, and I double the amount of rub and get really generous with the sauce on the inside. Also, make sure there are as few air pockets as possible.
I just discovered that my smoker gave its all for the one I made Saturday, so a new, bigger one is on order.
