• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

New to world of everything Spyder!

:agree::agree: I read the thread 3 times then printed it out for reference (BEFORE starting my Spyder riding) Pay particular attention to the advice to 'read your owners manual......twice'. It has answers to >90% of questions one may have. Many folks just don't do this.

    iMotorsports experiences?

Never experienced that or knew anyone that had in 12 years of riding. Doesn't seem like a particularly good business model either. However I have known of instances where a dealer went above and beyond to take care of a mechanical issue for an out-of-town rider whom they'd likely never see again.

Want to help start a list and get BURPS (BRP) attention on how to improve???

Like any other company BRP has to balance the costs of every component/feature to hit the price point they feel the product can sell at and still turn the profit margin necessary to satisfy stockholders and/or owners, stay in business and generate cash reserves for expansion and unexpected...
