Took the bike out for a spin yesterday. We did the "Scenic Loop" just north of Daytona off Rt.1A. Decided to check out some side roads. We found an old sugar mill ruin site that was over 6,600 acres at one point. Sugar, corn and cotton were grown. Florida at one time had 12 sugar mills, some with their own distilleries for making rum.
Nice riding, lots of bikes on the road. Passed a large group of Spyder riders going the other way. Hopefully one of them reads this. Please contact me, would like to join.
