I so wanna go to that event. I think it would be great. I'm saving my pennies for 2022. Gonna ride my Spyder down there.

Greg you will love it. I have been 3 times and all 3 were a lot of fun and I found new things to do each time as well as some favorites. We met Rapid Spyder there and he also turned us on to some new roads and the the Purple Pie Place. Not only great pie but good food as well. Try the Rhubarb Jalapeno.

I'd like to go in 2022. I'm hoping Covid-19 is no longer an issue by then, but if it is I'll just avoid the indoor activities.

I’m sure you can find one there you would like…. There’s also Alpine Inn, Lewies, Cheyenne Crossing….

Cheyenne Crossing is very good. I have been there twice with a TrikeTalk.com group. I'll have to try Alpine Inn and Lewies next time.

What are the suggested accommodations during the rally? (not camping) It will be our first time next year and we are excited to start planning.

Besides putting it on, 1st Gold is across the street from the Deadwood event center and has special rates for the rally. Contact Teresa at 1st Gold. Website is D3WR.com

Went to it in 2018, stayed at 1st Gold; room OK, food not so hot. Were I to go again I'd try to get room at Travelodge Inn & Suites next door to 1st Gold. Ate breakfast there in '18.

Up until last year, we went to the Black Hills every year for about 20 years, usually around Memorial day. Everything is open, not as busy. Seen snow a few times, but usually pretty good weather.
Our favorite place to stay is the Deadwood grand. Great rooms, covered parking and good location. It is pricier, but it is our favorite. Stayed at about every place in town.
We love eating at Cheyenne Crossing and have to have a green chili breakfast burrito at Lee St. Station Diner at least twice every trip.
I'll have to keep an eye out here for next year. We just got our first Spyder and that would be a great place to go.

I have stay stayed at 1stGold each time I have gone. They don't do a breakfast any more so you can go anywhere you want. There are lots of choices for really good food. I am hoping to get my wife to come next year.
