Default Difference in seats for RT

Had a 2010 RT. Just got a 2014 RT limited SE. The passenger seat area and backrest seams to be smaller. Is it me, or is this true? Will the seat and backrest from a 2012 RT fit the 2014? Will the 2012 style seat be the same as a 2010 RT.

No commonality amongst seat part numbers. I would doubt that from 2010 to 2014 the seat size would get smaller. JMO. Any way to do some measuring on older models?

My wife has a 2014 RTS. She had the stock seat from her 2010 RTS installed on her 2014 when she bought it.

Some "Creeping waistline inflation" may have entered the picture... It did up here!

I went from a '12 RTL to a '14 RTL a week or so ago. The '14 also looked smaller for the passenger to me. Ask Nan what she thought after a ride & she said 'it feels the same to me'. As long as she is happy I am HAPPY.

Feels like the passenger backrest sides "WINGS" are not as far apart as before. I can stick my fingers between the sides and arm rest speaker pod thing. I'll do some comparison at spyderfest.

They DID change the padding around a bit; to make them more comfy...
