• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Anyone had any luck using a Non-OEM Trailer for a 2020 RT Limited?

I have two trailers, neither are BRP. One is a small cargo trailer that weights about 70kg empty, and I normally add about 40-50 kg of gear. I also have a motorcycle camper that is significantly heavier. The Spyder pulls both easily, the only difference towing either makes is an increase in fuel...

New Owner of 2022 Spyder RTL

I made the switch from Harley Davidson Touring earlier this year, and after a few thousand miles, I can't believe I am riding the same motorcycle. All of the sensitivity and twitchiness has completed disappeared from the steering/handling with no changes to the machine, only the rider learning...

Has anybody put Elka Stage II shocks on a 2021 RTL? Spring down, or up?

I have just fitted a pair to my 2022 RTL and the instructions said to fit them spring down so that's what I did. Very happy with the handling and makes it easier to steer, even with the same tyres.

RT 1330 - are your mpg's comparable to mine??

Hi, I see a bit of variation in my fuel usage on my 2022 RTL. Best 41 mpg (only once just after I brought the Spyder and was cruising until getting used to it.) Average 35.7 mpg Worst 29.7 mpg (towing my camper trailer.) Running higher octane fuel (98 RON in Australia) and it definitely...

Hi Mike It took me about 1000 miles to get used to the steering and be comfortable, each ride you do will feel a little better. Just take it easy until it comes to you.

My New 2025 Sea-to-Sky - any suggestions on what gear or upgrades to get first?

If you are going to do long trips, I would suggest a rider's backrest.

2024 RTL. Looking for 12v switched power in frunk - any direction/help?

Hi, I am using a 12v voltage sensitive relay to run my accessories. Wired premantly to the battery but only powers accessories when the motor is running and the battery is being charged, https://www.healtech-electronics.com/products/tb/

Any thoughts on Ground clearance on the RTL?

If you have never ridden a Spyder before, renting for a day may leave you wondering. I have been a Spyder rider for about 3 weeks, after 52 years of riding two wheels. It took me about 1200 kilometres to get used to it, now I feel fairly comfortable. So expect something completely different to...
