• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Look at this Wrapped RS!

It’s hardwired dashcam/rear radar/appleplay/rearview monitor. That square thing above camera is the radar. It flashes yellow and red light on screen like blind spot monitor on cars. - -

    Look at this Wrapped RS!

Hood is the easiest panel and center panel was somewhat time consuming but nothing compared to two orange side lower panels, ones that cover oil reservoir and fan. Those were the tough ones! I cut the sheet very large because I knew there is going to be a lot of stretching!

    Look at this Wrapped RS!

It takes a lot of patience and I mean A Lot. 3M wraps can stretch well enough to cover most curves and oddly shaped panels, but not all. All the colored panels were done with single sheet, but the lower plain plastics that have some funky cuts, I had to do in 2 pieces. It’s been on for 2 years...

    Look at this Wrapped RS!

I never liked white panels on the RSS Special Edition and I was going to wrap all the panels in Matt black, like the old stealth edition, but I kinda like the black and orange combo, it has an evil/sinister look to it. - -

Does it matter which way an Asymmetrical tire is installed on the rear of a Spyder?

Kumho is my favorite but it’s no longer available… I was thinking (after install…) although this tire is non directional, inside/outside mark dictates which way tire should be rolling. Oh well, it was way too much work to turn it around now. Hopefully, it doesn’t affect wet traction too much.

Tyty. It is pt. As far as ride goes, it is great. So much better than stock. It’s been a while since I had a Kumho but this Hankook feels so solid with 20psi.

Does it matter which way an Asymmetrical tire is installed on the rear of a Spyder?

My favorite, kumho ecsta wasn’t available anymore and this was the 2nd choice…

Does it matter which way an Asymmetrical tire is installed on the rear of a Spyder?

It is marked inside/outside but since it’s going on rear, I didn’t think about it much, but the pattern of the tread looks like it should have been mounted that way. It feels very good, but I was thinking maybe it would hurt wet traction...

Does it matter which way an Asymmetrical tire is installed on the rear of a Spyder?

So I got a Hankook asymmetrical tire on rear of my RSS thinking ‘it’s a non directional tire’ and would not matter which way it is installed like the tire guy said. Only after it was done, I thought maybe it does matter… it’s asymmetrical and designed to roll in one direction, isn’t it? This is...

What car tire size should I fit - 225/60 or 215/60R15?

225/50/15 seems to be a rare find these days. What other sizes can I use? Thank you in advance.

2015 RSS with sporadic heavy steering - any ideas?

Thank you so much everyone. Spyder lovers have been the place to come with issues since 2008. Battery was healthy but negative terminal was loose. Once that was tightened, lights didn’t flutter and steering became buttery smooth again. How a little oversight can cause so much issues. I was...

2015 RSS with sporadic heavy steering - any ideas?

Actually, my headlights have been flickering slightly, continuous flickering. Maybe that’s a sign my battery is getting weaker

2015 RSS with sporadic heavy steering - any ideas?

It just started to happen when I’m turning, steering gets sporadically heavy. It doesn’t happen every time but here and there without any code. There doesn’t seem to be a pattern but randomly happens. Any ideas? 2015 rss with 23k miles with good fronts. Thank you in advance.

Did they make a Riser block for 2015 RSS? Will an RT or F3 block fit?

I’m looking for a Can Am riser block for a 2015 RS but all I see are just for RT's and F3's, or one that fits RS's up to 2012. Did they make one for '13-'16 RS's? Is it possible one for RT/F3 may fit? Thank you in advance.

What year RT or F3 rear shock will fit my '15 RS

So I ended up letting a 4x4 shop do it for $40 after seeing the possibility of needing to hold an inner nut with an offset wrench on YouTube. That wasn’t the case for Spyder rear, but it was very good thing that I let them do it because that rubber sleeve on the bottom hole was very hard to get...
