• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Happy Turkey Day

Thank you for the well wishes! While our politicians might not be happy with our Northern neighbors. It's good to know that we can still count all of you as friends!

Love the concept. Not sure I would be able to handle the weight.

Can You See Me Now? New lights fitted.

Ride like they are trying to kill you on purpose. Harsh, but it works really well. Because whether they mean to or not, it will leave the same mark on your body.

How can you tell when it is time to replace front shocks?

There are a good number of options out there. It's hard to know which way to go because there is no reasonable way to try before you buy. But with 14K on your current shocks, they should still be in good condition. If they are KYB's, they should have spring preload adjusters built in.

    'The Lamonster Chronicles'

#7 - Lamont... Always true to form. Above all, as long as I’ve known Lamont, he has been a fabricator. He always looks at things thinking, ‘How can I make that better?’ I would say that he always had the skill of an entrepreneur as well, though that developed later on. He had an eye for what...

Who has the factory adjustment data for a 2025 Spyder RT belt adjustment in mm?

You might want to try adjusting the belt location to get that credit card gap at the rear. But you should also check your belt tension because belt adjustment will affect tension as well.

Who has the factory adjustment data for a 2025 Spyder RT belt adjustment in mm?

The belt gap remains the same. A credit card is a good gauge. It doesn't need to be exact. Where is your belt running on the rear pulley?

Has anyone had their parking brake motor replaced? Finally resolved?

It's one thing when the machine is a headache. It's quite another when it's the dealer creating the pain. But I suppose you get rid of both if you sell it. It's a shame because the Spyder has potential to be a fantastic experience.

Has anyone used a Toyo PXTR1 91V Rear tyre? Thoughts, opinions?

It will be interesting to get your feedback. I hope you love the tire. We have many happy customers with that fitment. But each new user is unique. You comments, good or bad, will be valuable.

Has anyone used a Toyo PXTR1 91V Rear tyre? Thoughts, opinions?

Vredestein is a tire that you should be able to get. Though the size is different, they work well in dry, wet, and colder weather. Sizes 205/60R15 and 205/65R15 in the Quatrac do nicely on the Spyder. The Continental ContiProContact is also a tire that you might be able to get.

Has anyone used a Toyo PXTR1 91V Rear tyre? Thoughts, opinions?

Depending on your loaded weight, 20-22 PSI would be a place to start. You may find it what we call 'Greasy' at colder temps. Just be aware.

Has anyone used a Toyo PXTR1 91V Rear tyre? Thoughts, opinions?

Not personally familiar with this tire. But I did find this article. The information on this tire seems to be that it is quite good in dry, a bit suspect in wet. But it appears to be a decent tire. Still, you are not restricted to a 225/50R15 OEM size. A 215/60R15 or even 205/65R15 will also...

Any thoughts about running Car Tires On The Rear?

Probably true if you're asking them to remove and reinstall the rear wheel. But most tire shops will happily mount a tire to the rear wheel if you take it to them off the bike. Because it's no different than mounting any other car tire to a car wheel. They won't be able to spin balance it. But...
