• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Just found these RPM levels for the 1330

Personally, I like how it feels in 3rd gear over 4000 RPMs. No carbon buildup in my cylinders!

Are Color Matched Rear Top Panels available anywhere?

Ok I'm not sure anyone cares but after much digging online I finally found a guy on eBay that had my answer. Per Sam at powersportsmonkey (again, this is on eBay) there are four options for a colored top rear panel on a 2020 RTL: Chalk Metallic Can-Am #219401076 Deep Marsala #219401014 Petrol...

Are Color Matched Rear Top Panels available anywhere?

Can anyone tell me how good these wraps are? The rear top panel I bought is that black rubberized material similar to the trim pieces. If I had that wrapped would it match the glossy finish of the main body pieces?

Are Color Matched Rear Top Panels available anywhere?

I have a 2020 RTL. Color is asphalt grey and I'm trying to find a color matched rear top panel. I saw them available online, bought one, but I'm returning it because it's not color matched, it's that black rubberized material similar to the trim pieces. They listed it as asphalt grey. Very...

Just found these RPM levels for the 1330

All I meant by the original post was to simply share what I had read on the Monster Fuel website about how running at low RPMs effects clutch longevity. But since posting that jjc54 shared this piece from Lamonster's website: "The clutch in the SE6 transmission is 100% dynamic. It is completely...

Just found these RPM levels for the 1330

Thank you Ron. I like to keep my RPMs over 3500 and it's good to hear a pro tell me it's ok to crank these engines up and keep them cranked.

Just found these RPM levels for the 1330

I just read this on the Monster Fuel website. This is under Spyder Info and is specifically in reference to the 1330. Thought it was interesting and just wanted to share it here: Clutch: For best clutch longevity and heat avoidance, a stock tuned engine should always be kept 3500rpm and above...

Thoughts on Pedal Commander vs Pedal Box - & where's yours mounted?

Found this old thread. This might be a silly question but if I install the Bluetooth Pedalbox, what happens when there's no cell signal?

Riding my new to me Spyder from Texas to Maine, seat won't stay up & USB port won't charge - anyone else? Any fixes/ideas/help?

Back to the seat not staying up. BRP must be aware of the problem. Has anyone tried calling them to see if they'll ship out a shock that's strong enough to hold the seat up?

Riding my new to me Spyder from Texas to Maine, seat won't stay up & USB port won't charge - anyone else? Any fixes/ideas/help?

Bought the flip up bracket from Slingmods to hold the seat up. Wasn't much money and it looks easy to install. Thanks to LongIsland for that.

Riding my new to me Spyder from Texas to Maine, seat won't stay up & USB port won't charge - anyone else? Any fixes/ideas/help?

I remember with my 2011 RT that filling the gas to the top caused problems. Has that issue been rectified on the newer models, 2020 and newer?

Riding my new to me Spyder from Texas to Maine, seat won't stay up & USB port won't charge - anyone else? Any fixes/ideas/help?

Just purchased a 2020 RTL. Super low miles, couldn't pass it up. Instead of having it shipped from Texas to Maine I flew down and am on the first leg of riding it home. Hoping you guys can help with a couple of things bothering me on Day One. The seat doesn't stay up on its own which makes...

Almost back in the saddle - who else is still here from 2012-13?

Yeah I just learned yesterday that Mike passed away in Oct 2024. You can follow the thread Peter posted above to read about others who have gone before us. Yes Ron, it definitely counts. So you and Jay Leno have an original GS. I had this '09 for a few years but like a dumdum I sold it.
