• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    FS: 2012 RT-622 Trailer

It must be the location. I had a 2013 for sale and it lasted all of about 2 days. I wish BRP would come back with that Lava Brown. I loved that color. GLWS.

When is the Price of gas going to stop rising?

One thing that I don't understand is the difference in the prices per grade. It used to be approx. $.10 diffence per grade. Then it went to around $.20. Now there is sometimes over $1.00 difference. We are going to the Outer Banks tomorrow for a week. My goal was to take the spyder, but the...

What did you do to your Spyder today?

So does this mean that a repair could possibly be an item fixed by the dealership with no cost to us? I ask because the left side is feeling iffy, and I am thinking that it is only a matter of time before it goes. My intention is to take the cover off by the seat to clean and lube it, while...

Your Weather News @ APRIL 2026

Weather has been dry here in NC. In fact, there is a state wide burn band. Temps have been pretty good, but the farmers are hurting. Wife and I are leaving for the Outer Banks on Saturday for 7 days. looks like it will be about 10 degrees cooler there then here. I also had plans of riding...

What did you do to your Spyder today?

I have asked my dealership about it many times. They claim there is no such thing. I wish there was because that replacement is a job, and it is a very common issue. Most people that I know have had multiple replacements of handles and cables

I just bought the Can Am Spyder S2S Luggage - sidebags excellent, trunk or top box bag not so much!

I have a set of side bags and the frunk bag (have owned 2 frunk bags, but sold one). They fit perfect and hold a lot of stuff. But the plastic handles on everyone that I have owned broke. One set was only used 2 times and the other funk bag was never used. They still come in handy.

What did you do to your Spyder today?

We had our tech day on Saturday and it was well worth it. David (the local spyder guru) came over and we undertook the job of replacing the handle and cable on the right side of my 2021 RTL. This would have gone terribly wrong if it had not been for David's experience doing this before. So many...

2023 F3L SES Front Sprocket BUSTED! Has anyone else with a "newer" Spyder had a sprocket issue?

You are right. I have a tendency of not checking that too often. I am actually having a tech day at my house locally for Spyders and Rykers in my area. I have a place with the tools, and a buddy of mine has the knowledge. So it is more of an instruction day for simple things like oil changes...

What did you do to your Spyder today?

I installed one on the rear of my 2021 RTL before my 9,045 mile cross country trip last May. Since then, I have put another 3,000 miles for a total of over 12,000 and it looks barely worn. I just ordered another one (from Walmart of all places) for my 2016 F3T which gets ridden aggressively. I...

2023 F3L SES Front Sprocket BUSTED! Has anyone else with a "newer" Spyder had a sprocket issue?

This thread was a wake up call for me. I used to keep an eye on my 2016 F3T and my 2016 F3L. But since the last recall on my 2016 F3L I haven't looked at it at all. I have about a 3,500 mile trip coming up starting June 1. I think I will add that front sprocket check to my pre trip check list.

Will an F3T seat fit on the F3S?

I am 99% sure it will. I wish you lived close to me, as I would gladly swap you my seat from the 2016 F3L special series. Only been sat on about 8 times at best.

What did you do to your Spyder today?

Made an awesome day trip from the Raleigh, NC area through Mountain City to ride the Snake all the way to Shady Valley, Tn. From there we took the Damascus road to the shortest tunnel at Backbone Rock. Then we made our way up to the Back of the Dragon and stopped in Tazwell for some photos...

    2024 F3 Ltd to 2026 F3 Ltd comparison - any Changes/Differences?

With it being a new purchase, I am thinking that you should be able to have any issues taken care of with a software update. The amount of money saved, for a still new machine is a decision maker for me. Good luck.

What did you do to your Spyder today?

Rode the RTL on a field trip with my youngest granddaughter's 1st grade class. It was just to a small zoo out in the country, but it was pretty nice and had a larger assortment of animals than I expected. She was excited and I was too. Riding the bike made me the coolest grandparent there...

    Tennessee Trip - I'm off to BajaRon's!!

We kinda going in that direction tomorrow. Leaving Raleigh and going through Boone and Mountain City to do 1/2 the Snake to Shady Valley. Then going over to Backbone Rock and from there to Back of the Dragon into Tazwell, Va. This will be what we like to call a day trip (a long day trip)...
