• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Probably a stupid idea - thinking I might go from a 2018 F3 Ltd to an RTL S2S - am I crazy and should just keep what I have?

    One suggestion might be to look into a Carpuride system to give you the Carplay, map functionality, and backup camera. I installed the W603D on my 2017 F3S, and love it. My Spyder doesn't have an audio system, so not sure if you're trying to have that integrated as well.

    Installed floorboards. I wasn't sure if I'd miss the feel of the pegs, but I don't. Very happy with them for my first and only ride since I've put them on!

    I finally bought some heated gloves for the NY weather. I'm hoping that helps me keep riding for a bit more before putting it away for the winter.

    What is the best GPS mount for the F3 & a Zumo XT2

    Buying a new helmet - who replaces them every 5 years per manufacturers spec??

    I'm embarrassed to say I didn't even realize that was the suggested time frame. This year I retired my helmet of 20 years because the lining started to deteriorate lol.

    Mounted a Carpuride W603D. Still need to run the wires and mount the cameras.

    Anyone done a Cat Delete leaving stock muffler on?

    Yeah! I bought a used F3S that was ludicrously loud. It had an aftermarket muffler, and a cat delete done. I ended up buying the stock muffler from ebay and ordering the pipe to do a cat bypass. It sounds very good now, and my neighborhood doesn't know when I've started my bike lol.
