• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

What did you do to your Spyder today?

I covered it up really securely with moving blankets so that the contractors who are using my garage as a shop while replacing most of the windows in our house won't damage it. They're also cutting the cedar boards for the window trim and priming the wood in the garage. So it's busy here. Plus...

What did you do to your Spyder today?

Went for a ride down to Southern Humboldt County and ended up in Garberville, Ca. Pot Central! Lol. Stopped here at this abandoned gas station. Stretched a bit, cleaned the dead bug carcasses off the face shield, and headed home. About 150 mile round trip. It's supposed to rain all next...

Hope I'm not done riding my Spyder for the year?!

Year round riding here in Northern California. As long as you don't mind a little rain, mist, and fog. And that's year round. We have some nice Sunny days as well, but it is wet here. September & October are the nicest months of the year. I commuted on 2 wheelers for 17 years up here. As the...

How can you tell when it is time to replace front shocks?

What about the KYB Shocks that came on my F3S? When I was looking at the differences of the F3 & the F3S, BRP brochure said the F3S had better shocks. IDK. I've got just shy of 14k on the machine and they seem to be ok. Maybe leaning a bit more when cornering, but bumps, dips, and whatever else...

What did you do to your Spyder today?

Sounds like a good time. Me and my brother do the same. I'm lucky that I can ride year round here in Northern Ca, but it can get wet. The saying here is - if you don't ride in the rain, you don't ride! I commuted here on motorcycles for 17 years. Now I just ride for fun. We have plenty of days...

What did you do to your Spyder today?

At a given speed, an engine with a less restrictive, "free-flowing" exhaust may be able to maintain that speed at a slightly lower RPM than with a more restrictive, stock exhaust. This is due to the engine producing more power at the same RPM with the upgraded exhaust, allowing the driver to...
