• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Any advice on adjusting toe on the front wheels? Is the job doable without BUDS?

Just so I know, why a Laser alingment? Last time I was getting tires for the Jeep, I asked the owner of the shop who is a friend of mine, if they could use a laser on my Spyder when needed. They told me they only use a camera alingment rig. Supposed to be more accurate. Just wondering.

What did you do to your Spyder today?

After my last ride, I found a couple of loose screws on my Route 129 shield. I replaced them due to the Allen sockets being rounded from too many installs and removals. New hardware installed with a dab of blue locktite. I've gone back & forth with the 129. I like the looks of the F3S with just...

Need some advice about a suitable cover sturdy enough to protect my Spyder if left outside for several months?

Look up Speedway Shelters online. They have one that works with Spyders.

Rode down to see my Brother, and to see his progress on his total refurbished Honda 250 CRF (2006 I think). It looks better than new. Ran some errands on the way home and topped off the tank.

What did you do to your Spyder today?

Did some country road riding today, and just chilled. I discovered that the idiots in the cars are still just as distracted (cellphones) as they were yesterday.

Went for a short ride around the bay and then to the Samoa Peninsula, and then across the Samoa bridge, and back. The county has been widening and resurfacing a road I like to ride daily. It's now complete and very nice blacktop. Bicycle lanes on both sides as well now. I also ride a bicycle...

Say Goodbye to the Night Sky?

I remember in the 60's at our family cabin up in the mountains at around 5,000 ft, us kids would go outside at night and lay on our backs in the grass and admire the milky way. You might get lucky and see (1) satellite, and it was cool to actually see one. Now, meh!

Has anyone gone from a Ryker to a Spyder then back to a Ryker?

Only you can decide which machine works the best for you. IMHO though, The Spyder can do more, more comfortably than the Ryker, and is a more versatile machine.
