• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Anyone do Spyder F3S Rear Tire Replacement in Georgia (Car Tire)?

I haven't had to change my tire yet but a lot of the metro area people really brag on Extreme Propulsion in Cartersville.

    Ultimate Seat Installed!

Tricled running/brake LEDs and brake flasher module install Made a short YouTube as picture don't do it justice. Less than a couple hour job. Very pleased with the results. https://youtu.be/anS33L-t0M4

Riding a Spyder and a Harley Trike

Spent a day on a HD TG (I ride a '16 RSS) and it about beat me to death. As far as handling I couldn't tell a ton of difference but the TG I was on had a rev limiter. That was quite the shock after riding with the 998 lol

    Key Chain

This is what I use. I really like it.

    Critter crossing

I was always told if you can eat the critter in one setting at the table then aim for it if you can't stop. The critter could easily move the same way you swerve and swerving can lead to disaster. $2K or $5K damage to your machine is much better than the damage that can be done to you. So far...

    Stuck in Gear

I had this problem on my 2016 and it was the clutch master cylinder. Naturally when it pooped it gunked up the slave cylinder as well. Both were covered under warranty.

    Northeast Ga. Riders

WAY south of you but I envy all the beautiful riding you have up that way.

    Full face helmet

Guy (whom I do not know personally) on a motorcycle passed an 18 wheeler when it had a blowout and a chunk hit him in the face. He stayed upright and lived to share this picture. I wear a modular and never ride with the face up. I don't know people in the states with no helmet laws risk it.

    TricLed

I don't think so, I could try that but then you'd see my RSS in the for sale section listed as "Husband met untimely death, need to sell, has lots of LED lights on it"

    TricLed

They have ridiculously good customer support and I really like everything I've added to mine so far. My list keeps growing on stuff that I want to get from them. Got to convince the wife that the 10% off is a sign that now is the time to strike lol

    Stock Seat issues

I love my Ultimate Tall Boy but I don't carry a passenger.

    Stock Seat issues

Air hawk is your cheapest quickest first option. I spent more than $500 on a replacement seat but it was well worth the money.

    Attacked!

Listen, I know that Spyders are different to some and are scary because they are different, but this is the second time I have been attacked on mine. Don't get me wrong, I'm a pretty good sized fellow and I have been in a scrap or two and come out on both the losing and the winning end but...

    NO AS@##

I have found that the Duluth Trading underwear helps me a lot for whatever reason :opps: but I have an Ultimate Tall boy on mine as well. I also suffer the same lack of cushioning you do. With my super undies and the tall boy seat I can ride longer than I can stay awake lol

Seats, are they better than they were 7 yrs ago?

I didn't truly start enjoying my RSS until I put an Ultimate Seat on it. I had only ridden ATVs, nothing on highway. The RSS seat was like a pony express saddle or something. I plan on keeping my ride for a long time but if I ever do trade etc the stock seat will be the first thing to go.
