• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Calling all BRP comfort seat GS/RS riders

We had another thread going regarding sliding forward on our Corbin seat but did not receive many comments from those who own a comfort seat and are riding in an upright position. Question: Do you slide forward in the seat during normal driving conditions? Are you truly comfortable with it...

    CAN YOU HELP?

Question really relates to driver's seat I'm TNEagle's wife (dragonheart). The seat has a little over 10,000 miles on it as we rode to LA and back from TN to the Owner's Event in 2009. I am only 100 pounds wet and the previous driver, whereas hubby is around 175 and only now starting to...

    On my way to Sturgis...

We're headed that way ourselves (husband and I) on the 20th (Friday) for two weeks. Intentionally meant to miss Sturgis while ongoing. Great tips on the Mt. Rushmore/Crazy Horse sites.

    Ideas for next Owners Event

I did not make it to the Chicago event for the mere reason it was in Chicago. Not that I didn't like Chicago when I was there - I was very impressed by the city and all it had to offer. BUT I did not go on my Spyder and would not have enjoyed maneuvering through the big city on my Spyder...

    Cross Country Trip

Wouldn't you want to take some time to stop and smell the roses? SO MUCH to see that way, rushing through wouldn't be doing yourself justice.

So I bought some property in Arizona... AND...

Sounds great! We visited the Grand Canyon last year when we rode out from TN to the Spyder event in L.A. Beautiful area. Would love to visit again (hint hint)! Heading to South Dakota instead this summer though.

    Black Hills Ride

Hubby and I are headed that way from Tennessee on our bikes - he on his Goldwing - after Sturgis. We will stay two nights in Spearfish and then camp for seven nights at Custer State Park, then head for Badlands two nights, then home. Looking forward to seeing what you have posted in real time.

Got my wife on the RT for the first time!

That's great news, Lamont. You need to let hubby Jerry and I know whenever the two of you would like to do a ride - the four of us. We're right up the road from you. Gayle / Bristol, TN

Benefit Ride for ASU Student Veterans Association

That is very useful info, Patches. I will pass along the word to him - and again thanks so much for your help and getting the word out.

Benefit Ride for ASU Student Veterans Association

That would be fantastic, Patches!! Be sure to note that the ride originates at the Crossroads Harley Davidson dealership in Wilkesboro not Boone. I guess they couldn't get any motorcycle business to sponsor in Boone. LOTS of good roads to ride even in Wilkesboro - similar to the mountains in...
