• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    smooth spyder backrest

    Got it, use it, love it. Very easy to use tool they send works but not really enough torque to keep rest in the set position you choose so I keep a ratchet and the proper socket to get it tight.

    Update So BRP is willing to replace the DPS unit for free all I have to pay for is the labor cutting the $1500 repair down to $300. Satisfied customer.:yes:

    I agree, I usually ride alone and it works great for the driver. Since I installed it my wife is riding more often with me since she doesnt have to worry about flipping off the back.

    Here in Texas my Spdyer is a year round commuter (96 mi round trip) but I have been avoiding the cold. The temps go up into the 70's starting tomorrow and I cannot wait to get back on her. Sorry for you folks getting dumped on but glad it is clearing down here in sunny San Anton...

    2010 RS Gets 32-38 I drive almost all highway have never been able to get it to 40mpg no matter how hard I have tried.
