• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Using an iPhone with BRP-Go Navigation - Review

Under the covers, BRPGo uses Mapbox. Mapbox is a customizable developer platform for building your own maps, whereas Google Maps and Apple Maps are ready-to-use consumer navigation applications.

Are Spyders becoming popular, or not?

I know the number of women riding Spyders is rising. BRP reported that 30% of their new sales are to Women.

Any suggestions on how to fix this recurring EDB Fault?

Try getting the exact EBD default that the bike is throwing and use Claude AI to search for it on the Internet. You may find something that way or you may just have to take it to the dealer to debug.

How many Spyder Riders have had a Hip replacement? How does it work for you?

Agree all around @mecsw500! I’ve got a titanium cage around C4-C7! Damned arthritis!

Today I tried navigation via BRP Go (2024+)...

I was there. And it was from a BRP employee. However, you can never depend on software release dates on any platform!

What kind of navigation do you use on your Canyon, especially when you are out of cell phone service.

They do sell their software for use on phone for navigation purposes. Perhaps they are working on something for land based applications. You might check Garmin forums to see.

How many Spyder Riders have had a Hip replacement? How does it work for you?

As far as I know, this approach is still not approved in the United States. So if you’re in the United States and the doctor tried it that could be malpractice. Here’s more info: https://share.google/aimode/rJxPhyipr9Hvcjmdv

Looking for Navigation options besides ACP - What do you recommend?

All of the latest replies are spot on IMHO. Each manufacturer, in my experience working with BMW, wants you to be brand centric to their brand. That leads to this attitude of using mine and not somebody else’s. I run a touring business. And I travel worldwide. None of these solutions are 100%...

How many Spyder Riders have had a Hip replacement? How does it work for you?

With my infected hip replacement, I was part of an FDA study that used the European method of revision. The clean out and placement of new hardware was done in one operation. Granted it was a longer operation, but I didn’t suffer the way it seems you did and many other people do. I’m sorry you...

Looking for Navigation options besides ACP - What do you recommend?

I agree with you about route planning. However, when you’re talking to an engineer, who is a millennial, don’t expect them to know how those of us who plan complicated routes really use their tools.

Looking for Navigation options besides ACP - What do you recommend?

I’ve been a Garmin user since way back when. Probably the first GPS that ever was produced. What I found is that the GPS is the best device for routing in my opinion. However, if you ride in a group, multiple people have even the same model of Garmin mounted on the Motorcycles, there is a...

TIME FOR UPGRADES on my 2024 RT-L - which of these do you recommend?

If you really wanna know about suspension, call Ted Porter at his business: https://www.beemershop.com/ He is a suspension expert. I’ve already spoken with him about my Spyder. Most of the time he focuses on BMW’s, but he knows all about Spyders too. He is an importer of Wilbur’s but knows other...

WOW 4 times? I hope you didn't use the same doctor after the first infection. That is horrible! I feel bad for you...
