• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

It looks like the FOBO TPMS site has gone belly up! Just letting you know...

I believe you ONLY monitor your TPMS caps via the app on your phone (BT connection). The website is pretty much useless.

site works OK for me? Meaning, site comes up, I can log into my account, etc. It's still "buggy" in that it doesn't show my registered product in my account. But my FOBO app works on my phone. https://my-fobo.com/

What did you do to your Spyder today?

170 mile loop yesterday up to St. Cloud and out to Paynesville and back. Then 3000 mile service at Minneapolis Motorsports today (I was there anyway, to test ride a Canyon Red Rock with the Can Am demo Team.)

Speedometer accuracy - when I set my Cruise to a certain speed, the speedo doesn't match - any others??

I've noticed that the speed shown on the speedo varies a bit (1mph up and/down) from the cruise set speed depending on road, weather conditions, etc. I have also found that my speedo runs consistently 1mph higher than actual speed (according to Google and my wife pacing me in the car)...

BRP Connect Ver 4.1 is now available

Did this update last night on my F3. No issues with the install. Had to reset the clock time zone, but audio stayed set on Headset. Hope to see some Bluetooth stability improvements (V3.1 would not stay connected to my phone/would not connect at all to my headset).

Considering a Spyder - Can I Ask You Some Questions?

Not quite. Check the Can-Am website for more info. The F3T adds "touring features" (windshield & side saddle bags) to the base F3 model, but is not what I'd consider equivalent to an RT Limited in terms of 2up riding. Can you have a passenger on the F3T (or base RT)? Yes. But there's no...

Considering a Spyder - Can I Ask You Some Questions?

Take this with a grain of salt (my opinion), but don't take that to mean F3s are "better" than RTs, and I say that as a F3 2-up owner. I found that dealers try to sell / are able to sell a lot more RTs than F3s - whether they're incentivized to do so or they're just reading the market demand...

What changes were made with the 2024 Spyder software update to V3.1?

I believe you can switch from having odometer in lower left and gear in the center to gear in lower left and odometer in center (by long pressing it on the display?)?

What are your Phone Holder Preferences? Brand/style & placement?

I've been using a quad lock on the left handlebar just inside the button cluster. Can easily use phone in portrait or landscape mode and it's locked in securely. USB cord to power my phone run from the "glovebox." Overall this arrangement works well for me.

Apple CarPlay - the good, the bad, and the really ugly

The CarPlay section of the OM (page 55) talks about needing both the phone connected to the USB port and a BT paired headset to get CarPlay to work. Doesn't mention also requiring the phone to be paired via BT, but that seems like a good thing to try? I know my Android Auto on the car requires...
