• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

2021 RT Ltd Torn rear brake caliper piston dust seal - can this seal be easily replaced? Where can I get a replacement?

Out of curiosity, can the brakes be bled on these bikes at home without have to use dealer software? Is it possible to escape the codes if bleeding was successful with the key off?

2021 RT Ltd Torn rear brake caliper piston dust seal - can this seal be easily replaced? Where can I get a replacement?

That's exactly what I did. I used black RTV adhesive sealant, and let it cure out before installing the new pads. It will either work, or it won't. I'll know when/if it fails. Take your time fella's!

2021 RT Ltd Torn rear brake caliper piston dust seal - can this seal be easily replaced? Where can I get a replacement?

I accidentally tore the rubber dust seal on my rear brake caliper while threading in the piston with needle nose pliers. I know, I know... dummy. I was in a hurry. This is a testament to just buying the correct tool. One slip with the wrong tool, and it cuts the rubber. My question is, can this...

Questions about oil leaking on brand new 2023 RTL

Just heard from the shop at my dealer. The mating surface between the oil pan and crank case is leaking. New parts on order, and I "should" have the bike back next Thursday.

Questions about oil leaking on brand new 2023 RTL

Correct! I was just trying to catch something obvious on my end before I actually made the call. So far, I have determined the oil is not coming from the oil filter cap, or the dip stick/ filler neck. It appears to only leak when the bike is running. There is never a puddle under the bike in...

Questions about oil leaking on brand new 2023 RTL

The oil is not leaking from the oil fill/ dip stick cap. I'm tempted to pull the right side plastics so I can get a deeper look inside the engine bay. I may first drain the excess oil to see if the problem persists before I actually call the dealer. Thank you!

Questions about oil leaking on brand new 2023 RTL

There is most definitely an oil tank. Item #37. That's why you have to let these bikes idle for a few minutes after riding so the appropriate amount gets pumped back into the tank for a proper dip stick reading.

Questions about oil leaking on brand new 2023 RTL

I mentioned in the first post above that the oil was over-full when checked every day. I always check when hot and after it has idled for a few minutes before shutting off.

Questions about oil leaking on brand new 2023 RTL

I bought a brand new 2023 RTL last month, and just returned home from riding it for the first time in Florida for a total of three days and almost 1200 miles. Not a single issue with the bike, except I would get a faint smell of burning engine oil from time to time. I checked the oil every day...
