• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Anyone else notice the number of low mileage used Spyders on Marketplace? Any ideas why?

My 1969 Norton Fastback was a 750 Fastback Red and Silver Metalflake. Great ride. I never should have sold it. I found out later they only put that color combination on about 250 of the Fastbacks they built and only in 1969.

Anyone else notice the number of low mileage used Spyders on Marketplace? Any ideas why?

After riding 60+ years I look on back my bikes over the years and realize I have only had 2 new bikes in all that time, a 1969 Norton Fastback bought as leftover in 1970 and a 2008 RSTD bought in 2008. All the other low milage bikes I bought were from people who bought their bike, then wanted...

Any tips on removing/installing an oxygen sensor?

So what worked to finally get the O2 sensor out? Did the ratchet wrench work?

2010 Spyder RT Roadster - what Wide Floor Boards will fit??

You might check Ebay for a set of used Seal Floorboards. They are long out of business and the owner has died, but used boards may show up. That is how I found mine, though that was a while ago now.

The UT Alpine Loop and side deviation to Cascade Spring.

How was the traffic? Going on a Thursday may have been a good idea. I know weekends have gotten to be bumper to bumper. Did you go on down from Cascade Springs to Midway and Park City or go back to Alpine Loop? How were the leaves?

    Conventional vs Reverse Trike Discussion

I started triking with a Goldwing conversion by TriKing. I was always concerned it would keep going straight in a turn if I entered too fast. I did learn to broadslide in lefthand turns, which was kinda fun but unnerving to my buddies behind me. Transferring to a Spyder after 40,000 miles on the...

Do any other members wear a Wearable airbag?

I went to their web site and noticed that their sizing only goes up to Large. Would not even come close to working for me. Do any go up to 3x?

What did you do to/with your Spyder today?

Too bad you couldn't make the Loop ride, judging by Spanish Fork Canyon, the leaves must be starting to change.

How I Spent My Summer Vacation

JD thank you for taking us along on your wonderful journey. I love these write ups. I fully agree with you, the Spyder is a very capable LD machine. The "short legs" are a bother, but I decided not to do anything about mine. My bladder is ready for a break about the time the fuel situation needs...
