• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    2024 F3T vibration at 3800 to 4000 rpm - any ideas?

Love that closing comment! Lmao. Just wanted to add a little nugget that the vibration I dealt with was within a given rpm range, regardless of the gear or speed. My belt was way too tight, and the rear tire air pressure too high. I reduced both and problem was completely resolved. I'll look...

What did you do to your Spyder today?

Replaced front brakes pads and rotors, then got em bedded in. I'm very happy to be done with the warped OEM rotors.

Ever driven your Spyder onto a ferry?

    Excellent! Thank you.

Ever driven your Spyder onto a ferry?

We're hoping the wild fire smoke won't be so bad that we have to change plans and direction.

Ever driven your Spyder onto a ferry?

There are a lot of great responses here, thank you all very much. The ramp angle is my greatest concern and it sounds like shore to lake access should be relatively straight forward. Since reservations are required, I'll do a final confirmation when I call and speak to them. You guys rock with...

Ever driven your Spyder onto a ferry?

We're planning a 10 day ride and considering taking the ferry across Lake Erie from Sandusky, OH over to Pelee Island and then on further to Leamington, ON. I found an older thread, last used in mid 2023, where some people shared their experiences of traveling by ferry but I'm expressly...

Here's how to check your Spyder's coolant tank level.

2023 RT S2S For those who haven't stumbled across this yet, the easiest way that I've found to definitively check the coolant level is very simple but it requires a small, bright flashlight. Remove the access cover Below the headlights; Turn your flashlight on and rest the lens directly against...

Any other bald riders? Know of any caps with minimal or 'soft' seams that won't leave obvious impressions on my head?

I wore these at work when I was a younger man and had hair. Ha! They're very effective for the hot work you described.

Any other bald riders? Know of any caps with minimal or 'soft' seams that won't leave obvious impressions on my head?

Thanks for the suggestion. I have a few of those but the seams have the same effects that I mentioned. Thank you, I do this often and it's somewhat effective to reduce the effect.

Any other bald riders? Know of any caps with minimal or 'soft' seams that won't leave obvious impressions on my head?

I'm folicly challenged and embrace it by shaving my head. I wear a wicking skull cap, which helps with sliding my helmet on and holding my glasses in place under the helmet. The only real downside is that the stitching seams of the caps imprint onto my big bald head, and they last for quite a...
