• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Looking for Navigation options besides ACP - What do you recommend?

Google thinks Harley-Davidson has it's own app. But Google also thinks the basic navigation app is free but to tie into the display requires a $350 fee. Also the app is completely proprietary without support for apps like Apple Maps, Google Maps, Waze, or Scenic. A bit more time with Google...

Using an iPhone with BRP-Go Navigation - Review

No, I'm talking about the Google Maps Application that I've downloaded and installed on my Macintosh desktop computer. https://apps.apple.com/us/app/google-maps/id585027354

Looking for Navigation options besides ACP - What do you recommend?

And yet BRP GO! is the app for use across all BRP products, regardless of your opinion that it should be more focused on the needs of the on-road vehicles. It works the way it works. 🤷 As an Apple user I'm quite happy with the way Apple CarPlay works on my 2024 Spyder RT.

Looking for Navigation options besides ACP - What do you recommend?

I think this is the most important part of your response. Complaining about something on a public forum won't solve anything. Any complaints, concerns, and requests for changes should be directed to BRP.

Looking for Navigation options besides ACP - What do you recommend?

You failed to include all of the other BRP products in your assessment of what BRP GO does. The 3-wheel product line is fairly minor part of the company, and BRP GO works on all of the BRP product lines.

Using an iPhone with BRP-Go Navigation - Review

I've been using the Google Maps app on my Mac for quite awhile. I like that I can plot a route using start and stop points, add waypoints, and then drag and drop the route to the route I prefer. It even has an option to Avoid Highways. And then I can send the route to my iPhone.

Using an iPhone with BRP-Go Navigation - Review

I use the Google Maps Application on my desktop computer, not the Google Maps website, and definitely not Basecamp! I did try Basecamp, but found it too difficult to use, and removed it from my Mac. And I have a Google gmail account, which I've logged into the application with. I give the app a...

Anyone else been having trouble with the FOBO Bike 2 website not working?

@Bannerboy, I can't directly answer the question, but the first comment is about your new phone. Is the FOBO app supported on the version of software on the new phone? Have you tried updating the phone's software, and then deleting and reinstalling the FOBO app?

Looking for Navigation options besides ACP - What do you recommend?

Before CAN-AM got Apple CarPlay to work I bought a Garmin Zumo XT GPS and a SlingMods docking station I bought from Spyder Extras. The dock provides USB power so I rode with the Garmin mounted to the dock and plugged into it's USB power outlet. Now that CarPlay is working, I've also added a...

How do I get to the battery on a 2019 RT Ltd??

You can download an Acrobat PDF copy of the Operators Guide from: https://www.operatorsguides.brp.com/P/5 Just select the Year and then the Model you have. Page 115 of the 2019 Operators Guide shows you where the battery is, and how to remove the two screws that hold the Access Panel in...

Conflicting pairing instructions for Android Phones - is there a specific sequence that works? Or just don't??

I found this: https://www.brp-world.com/int/en/brands/can-am-on-road/experience/brp-go-app.html At the bottom of the page is a list of Compatible Apps. Note that BRP GO!/BRP Connect connects your phone to your bike. You can then use a separate navigation app on your phone to plan your routes...
