• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

About to pull the trigger on a 2023 or 2025 Spyder RT Dark - what am I really paying for? Any other major considerations on differences?

I'm with the 2023. As mentioned above, same everything except the screen. The 2025 has the newer screen with Apple CarPlay. I too, would get a Garmin XT from the money saved. You can also get the BEST warranty to give you longer peace of mind.

Apple Carplay - the good, the bad, and the really ugly

I just saw a video by Shawn Smoak on this issue. He found by cleaning the USB cable it solved the issue on the Spyder he was working on. Bruce

Riding my new to me Spyder from Texas to Maine, seat won't stay up & USB port won't charge - anyone else? Any fixes/ideas/help?

No, the problem is not as bad as the 2010's to 2013's. On the seat issue, I installed this spring over the stock shock and it works great. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B008RG80Y2?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title

Went to Little Bighorn today. Very solemn place. First ride on the Spyder on this trip, just under 400 miles.

Left their for the Tetons. Wow, they are majestic. On the way there we saw a couple of herds of Elk and one Black...
