• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

First ride after adding seat gel hoping for more comfort, but nope, no change! What to do? Anybody made theirs better?

Yes. I only had my driver seat done, as I ride 100% solo. Still heated and works great. I bought an RTL take-off seat for cheap to have it redone. I still have my OEM Sea To Sky seat.

What did you do to your Spyder today?

Fluids checked/tires checked and all cleaned up. Heading out tomorrow for a trip down to Lake Of The Ozarks, MO for the rally. Hopefully get to Lamonster Garage Wednesday. Weather is looking promising :)

Is this Krikit Belt Tension still too tight?

Beginning in 2019, the F3S (not only Special Series) came standard with the 89t rear pulley in USA/Canada. I had a 2019 F3S with a 89t rear pulley. Also, beginning in 2019, the F3T came standard with a 79t pulley. They came with 89t rear pulley's in 2018 and prior on F3 models...

Is this Krikit Belt Tension still too tight?

Also remember that the F3S belt would be shorter due to the 89t rear pulley.

Will Using 87 Octane impact performance?

Ha ... I do this on occasion when traveling, going 89/87/91 repeat. Hard to find 89/10% ethanol in many areas. Need to be careful and read the pumps with 85% ethanol.

Is there a Spyder's in the Ozarks date for 2025?

From Lamont: Spyders in the Ozarks I know it's a little late to announce this but I was hopeful we were going to be able to pull this off. It's no secret that my health is bad and unpredictable. The chemo and the growth factor shots I get kicks my butt and this week I got really sick just out of...

Is there a Spyder's in the Ozarks date for 2025?

I hope to get to Nixa next Wednesday, while I'm in that neck of the woods for the Lake Of The Ozarks rally. Plan on getting a dual horn installed.

Wasted my $$ on Cardo Packtalk Bold - just wanted decent sounding Music, but it sounds like ****!

I bought two sets of the 45mm's to put in two helmets that have larger speaker pockets. Although not much louder, they do provide a fuller, richer sound. Many Cardo stuff is on sale now. They do have sales several times a year.

Will Using 87 Octane impact performance?

Ha ... I'll also be with six other guys on H-D's. I'm also a past H-D owner :) I'll be on a 2022 dark blue RT S2S. We'll be staying in Osage Beach. A group of the guys are going to golf on Wednesday AM. I'm likely going to ride 90 miles South to Lamonster Garage.

Will Using 87 Octane impact performance?

I just checked locally. The difference in cost between 87/10% ethanol and 91/no ethanol is $1.00 a gallon. I'm heading out on a Lake of the Ozarks M/C Rally trip on Monday. I'll flash in my stock tune on my PV4 for the trip. No reason to spend $1/gallon more on fuel while traveling 900 miles...

Rear tire mileage - How are you people getting 10,000 + miles on Kenda tires?

More of a PIA on my 2022 RT S2S. My 2019 F3S was a piece of cake, especially with the chopped rear fender installed.

RT 2020 vs 2024 - Is the ride different?

According to the parts manual, 2020 and 2024 Spyder RT's have the exact same part #'s for front/rear shocks-springs.

Well, so is Rotella T6 5W40, and it meets JASO MA/MA2?

Oil - Full Synthetic or Synthetic Blend??

I'm guessing it would work just fine. SN rated and no Energy Conserving star on the API service label.
