I Bought a 2020 F3 and the guy didn't know where the key was for the rear storage compartment or the rear Cowl as they call it. I didn't see a key in the parts diagram and it doesn't say that the lock cyl includes a new key so my question is how the heck do I get a new key for it

There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

If you are referring to storage under the rear seat you should be able to open it by rotating the ignition key to the tool position.
If it has the painted cowl installed it is a regular key (mine is a Southco RS046). Check with your local Can am dealer and have the VIN# handy they may be able to match the correct key number to your machine or have one in stock.
