There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.
Ultimate heated seat for the RT, how is it? Worth it?

I have an Ultimate seat on my 2018 Goldwing Tour and my 2023 RT Limited (both heated).
I like them both very much.
The heated seat does get hot. I think your Spyder must already have a heated seat for the Ultimate seat heat to function.
Everyone’s anatomy is different. What is comfortable for me, may not be for you.

Steve, the heated seats will be an add on circuit. The seat will have the switches installed in it for power. All you need to do is wire it in. They provide directions how to do this. However, be warned - if you have any considerable height to yourself, the midrider (stock) seat actually lifts you up and pushes you forward. I learned this the hard way, as I just purchased one. I’m already 5’10 and I wasn’t interested in being higher and further forward. Other than that, the seat is fantastic.
Ultimate is a very good company because after sharing my pictures and complaint to them, they agreed that it did not retain factory position as they state and sent me a return label to send it back for a full refund. Mind you, I got custom stitching so that itself voids their return policy.
