Can anyone help me source a New Windscreen from 7Jurock?

G'day all

I have query about 7Jurock. I have ordered a new screen for my 2014 RT from them at the end of July.

I have emailed them twice regarding the shipping details and so far have not heard back at all.

Being in Australia it is a bit hard to phone them.

What I was wondering if anyone can approach them on my behalf?

Didn't someone on the board recently have a problem with them for not answering the phone or emails?

Have done, yes email is correct when I sent them, ordered 30 July,
Received email 12 August asking how did order go. Asked about shipping 28 August. No reply
Followed up on 3 September and again no reply.
I have checked my spam folder, not there.
