• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

2020 RTL with a VERY loud speaker, static only, no music- anyone else? Any troubleshooting advice? Ideas for better access to speakers?

It sounds to me that your problem would be more it the receiver than the speaker. Something is sending current to the speaker to make that noise I would think, and if it was the speaker I would think you would be able to shut it down by turning the radio off! After you dried out, did it stop?

Oil leak at 100 miles! New 2024 S2S

I am sorry to hear that!! :cautious: There should be some recourse here for cases like this, some would say lemon law, it seems the dealers trying his best to make it right! The hard part is that they have to pinpoint the area before they can attack the problem! I hope you come to the end of...

Damage to belt - any advice on changing it out?

I would see if maybe you could get them to adjust the belt for you, it would not take long if they know what they're doing. if that belts scrubbing that edge of the pully it's only going to make it worse. Good luck!

Fitted EBC Rotors and Pads, now it has a pulsing feeling when slowing down under a light pedal!

Did you do some heat cycles with them, or did you just take them out and run them? Did you clean the rotors with brake clean before install?

Is this a Major Electrical Short??? Any suggestions?

If I were you, I would get a good pig tail to hook directly to the battery instead of the port your using! It's a lot better connection point, I have had to many GPS using that port having troubles with keeping a good connection with power! I believe your battery's not as charged as you think.

Damage to belt - any advice on changing it out?

I would have them do it on their dime!!! But as I said in my last post, your belt alignment looks off! It's tight to the side! If that's how it rides all the time, that maybe why that belt gave up so soon. It's something to watch.

    Where does this spring belong?

I ride old iron, but does the F3 have a spring assist on the front trunk hinge?

Damage to belt - any advice on changing it out?

The way that thing walks back and forth it will file itself flatter after a bit. I would keep an eye on that spot and on your belt adjustment, make sure that it's not too tight to the right. Good luck!

2021 RT Ltd - needs a "Lower" Foot Brake Pedal - anyone used an adjustable rod?

Just be careful that you don't get the pedal to low and don't get the full throw of the pedal. You would not want to get into a situation where you need to mash the brakes and not be able to get it where you need it! Maybe saving your pennies and rethinking the hand brake would be a good thing...
