• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    They provided an estimate for the header, piping, outside of cat and muffler of $528 plus shipping. 4 week turnaround. I won't need the cat or the muffler so I figure less than $300. I think it would be worth it. Maybe a winter project! Thanks for the info PMK.

    If you can get the 2019 at a great price, don't be scared of it. Mine has 55,000 plus miles on it, so I figure it's just passed getting broken in.

    Well, I guess the fuse was the fusible link I asked about. Put the NOCO back in if you want to, just make sure that there can't be a chance of a temporary reverse polarity.

    That is most likely the problem. Can't look it up right now while at work but maybe PMK or BajaRon can help out. Can't remember if there is a fusible link in the system between the alternator and battery or if it might have taken out a Diode.

    No need for freeway speed to charge as it has an alternator with a fairly high output. Are you sure the cables are tight? The only other thing I can think of is did the cables get reversed for a split-second during install?

    They didn't have a Spyder in their gallery, but I did put in for a quote. I could see this having a major impact of felt heat at slow speeds.

    It's a pretty big servo that is used to set the park brake. These things are power hungry and that's why there are so many battery issues.
