• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

New bag from Corbin for the F3 (Sneak Peak)

Are you saying they won't come off?

Darren, spend a bit of time online and decide what you want before you go in a shop. A good site is www.motolegends.com. They sell everything you need. It is possible to have a look at and try on their goods in their store which isn't far from London. Surrey, I think. A bit of a hike. Don't buy...

Wonderful photos! You've certainly got the attention of the guy in the shades.

Nice colour which contrasts with the orange (Can-am red) frame. That's the colour I'd go for. How many people have bought F3s in GB now?

    RELIABILITY

Ah, those old Morgans. So, you have always been a three wheel fan. Yep, the one wheel at the front trikes are the 'reverse trikes' for sure. Two at the front has to be better for corners and all-round stability. I have been very impressed with how the F3 goes round corners on the videos I've...

    RELIABILITY

I have experience of three-wheelers. As a 19-year-old, I bought a Reliant 21E van. Some vehicle, that! And then I chopped that in for a Bond Bug.

    ECONOMY

And I didn't buy my Suzuki B-King with a view to economy, either. But then I found that when driven normally, as described by others above, the bike is actually surprisingly frugal. I suppose it's because it is so powerful you don't need more than part throttle to really fly. I certainly don't...

I used to live near Woodford. It's important that you have a dealer who is really knowledgeable. I used to have KTM Adventure and Bracken in South Bermonsey were brilliant. Sadly, they closed. The small dealers are always the best.

Very neat, you've almost convinced me. Is your dealer good?

Another Brit. Hiya, mate. It won't be as quick off the mark as my B-King, but I can't stop watching the videos on Youtube!

Thanks for that. I don't have any problems with the clutch movement, but who knows what's round the next corner? I'm intrigued with an auto box that lets you change gear. I assume it's a bit like the system on race bikes.

    RELIABILITY

If I get one, it will be a 1330. 250,000 miles on a belt? I remember when the Buell Ulysses came out, the claim was that it would last the lifetime of the bike. Most of them went around 10,000 miles.

Given that you've ridden both the manual and the semi-auto, which do you prefer?

    ECONOMY

Getting better. I wonder if the manual ones are slightly more economical. Manual trans cars are always a fair bit more so than autos.

    Wow! Now have SMOOTH shifting!

Is yours a manual or semi-auto?

    RELIABILITY

I think I've been convinced reliability-wise. Thanks for the info, but if anyone has anything else to say, I'd like to hear it.

I can't believe a modern synthetic oil in a liquid cooled engine is breaking up after 3,000 miles. I always leave my fully synthetic oil in my B-King for 6,000 miles.

    ECONOMY

I'm surprised it isn't more economical. It's only a 1330 cc engine in a relatively low state of tune propelling a vehicle that weighs a lot less than a 1300 cc car. The car would get more than that. Driven the way you two describe, my B-King would get at least 10 mpg (US ones) more. EDIT: I've...

    ECONOMY

Motorcycles have become much more economical in recent years. I was wondering what the F3 does to the gallon (US gallon is fine. I can convert) on a tour at, say between 60 and 90 mph average speed. Not using the Eco button.

    V twin vs 1330

The 1330 never needs its valves adjusting? Are they done hydraulically like a Harley/Buell?
