• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Anyone changed out the auto-levelling system on 2018 Spyder RT?

    . Also, I just checked the pressure in the air bag for the system and it read 55PSI. Just about where I keep it for ryding by myself. hasn't lost much in months and the temps have dropped a lot. Using the KISS principle on a system that has cost lots of us time and money. Lew L

    . I also removed a failed pump and all the leaking connections (mine had a swivel connector, just a leak waiting to happen). works just fine and I only have to check the pressure once a month, never needs much. When checking for leaks, be sure to check the top of the Schrader valve...

    . Shmutz I would get kicked off this site in a New York minute if I told you all what that term meant ( with an "a" at the end). It's not pleasant. A better (and slightly cleaner) term is " shmutz" ...... A combination of dust, dirt, maybe oily grit, too. Lew L

    . I give the 3-finger wave. I don't care if they wave back. I don't think they are "stuck up" or whatever. We are bereft with curvy mountain roads here and I can easily wave through turns. Very few others can or do. I still don't care. It's just not worth my time. Lew L

    . Skied at Mt Rose/Ski Tahoe yesterday. 6 runs on man-made snow. Drove the :spyder2: yesterday up to the resort ( 11miles :2thumbs:) to check the RFID chip in the pass. Weather is about to hit soon. Winter is coming. Lew L

    . Well I thought I had put it away 4 the winter, but no........ My car has a torn CV boot,so I'm not using it and I needed to do some shopping. It started easily and quietly. 15w40 Rotella ( freshly changed) worked wonders. Smoother shifting too on the 44k mile :spyder2:. Lew L
