• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Possible new vendor down the road?

    I have met them and had my picture taken with the Firefighter Bike. Vinnie is the best in my opinion. Their bike are theme bikes and look better on TV, very crude welds up close. They are not in the same league as some of the other older bike builders. I would not be buying any Spyder products...

    Did it detach from the Elbow? If so you will be good as new once it heals. If it tore from the shoulder most doctors won't reattach it there because it doesn't hold. Just curious...

    Gunslinger in Golden, Colorado did my Black Widow Spyders that won first place at Lamonts BBQ and at Americade. They will paint anything you want. I paid $400. Very reasonable!

    How to strap down a motorcycle?

    I agree with Bones on everything except I would wrap the tie thru the rear tire making a loop around the tire and then tie it off to the rear corners. You can damage the swing arms by tieing off to them. And as Bones said pull the front forks only about half way or you can break the seal.

    Micron Exhaust

    I had a Micron, it was junk and that's probably why they stopped making them I run with two brothers exhaust on both our Spyders. I would also advise you to get the Juice Box also no mater what after market pipe you go with.
