• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Spare gas?

Planning ahead for fuel ups is always good  I first looked at the Spyder back in 2009.....one of my big concerns back then was the small amt of fuel it carried vs. it's low miles per gallon. Purchased now in 2015 and it is not any better. I would think this is one area that BRP needs...

    Battery Tenders

I suggest the Deltran Battery Tender Junior. It comes with a quick disconnect. You attach one side to the battery and leave it there. When you are done riding.....just plug it in. Ready to ride....unplu and go ! Your battery is always fresh and you will find the battery will last longer. I...

    Extended Warranty

:thumbup::thumbup::thumbup: Always a personal decision but I tend to agree. Consumer reports has suggested to not by extended warranties....that most people never use them and it is just more profit for the dealer. It also depends how many miles you put on and if you have had...

    Taking my dog with me

I would spend the money and get one like easysuper's ! I have been a professional dog trainer for 30 years including Police K'9's. If this is like a flat trailer/type and you plan to secure like a plastic dog crate to it...I would: Bolt the crate through the crate floor to the trailer...use...

What do you bring on board your bike?

I personally would not bring extra gas unless it was professionally installed as a secondary tank. What I tend to carry: First aid kit with trauma supplies (items for excessive bleeding, bandages, 4x4's tampax, tournequet) Medications and personal items Tool kit> build your own based on what...
