• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Link to the Map Here's the link to download the BRP map and save on your electronic devices. I drool over that map often. https://www.nps.gov/blri/planyourvisit/maps.htm There is also a link to road closures. I've ridden and driven the BRP numerous times, but not yet on the Spyder. SOON I...

    Do I need Bluetooth dongle

Dongle not needed Dongle not needed unless you want to listen to AM radio using your headset. The 20S FM radio reception improved for me when I updated to Sena 1.6.1 from 1.6. Prior to that Sena appeared to change stations when I rode under certain power lines. -Bill

Sena 20s speaker upgrade ? What did you use ?

I'll try the cushion pads Thanks for the cushion pads tip. I use custom earplugs, and on a previous ride the earplugs touched the slightly protruding speakers. Sound was great. My 20S speakers are recessed a little and I'll see if I can get better sound quality with the cushion pads. I'm also...

    Tracking App.

Bubbler GPS Bubbler GPS for me. The standard is free, but I use the PRO version for $9.99. Then I link it into Jason Jonus' SPOTWALLA for trip displays and tracking. I used to use SPOT but got too cheap to pay the substantial annual fee, and that also links to SPOTWALLA. I just noticed that...

    Spyder near me

I'm not surprised you like the color. A grandson had a baseball game there and as I was leaving I noticed the cognac color, pulled up and took a picture. Ed came out just then and we had a pleasant conversation.

    Belt tension

Link to Helpful Hints I almost forgot about this, but I accumulated several links to SL threads and put them into Evernote so I could access them any time. Probably lots of repetition here, but they should be helpful to someone. Thanks to all of you whose words I am pasting below. -Bill...

    THREE SPYDER LOVERS

Hope Ariel has a rewarding experience Looks like our daughters do so much more than I did, and I guess the same is true for you. Those twisties are not nearly as enjoyable on 3 wheels as they were on 2, and leave me sore also. I initially watched your video on a laptop, but have now watched...

    Belt tension

Come on over, Brian However, I was kinda planning on using your expertise for additional guidance, so we can experiment together. I am not yet adept enough to make the adjustment without removing the belt guard, but I'm going to try. Saturday morning works for me. Looks like we have a few...

    Belt tension

Rear tire off the ground for me My tension was at 180 pounds when I started the install. I was reluctant to change 2 things at the same time, but will probably dial it back a little. I'm a little nervous about doing this, but there's plenty of help on this forum. -Bill

    Sena Bluetooth Configuration

FM on 20S Do you use the dongle for anything other than AM? I don't have a dongle, don't even try to hear the Spyder radio, and am hoping to get FM reception from the 20S. Looks like I'm going to have quite a learning curve with the 20S. -Bill
