• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Spyder fastening points

No room for this. unfortunately, the space from the tire to the ring is no more than 8-12", not alot of room to criss cross them.

    Spyder fastening points

Hey everyone, hope all are having as much fun with the Spyder as I am. I have camped 12 times this year with the toy hauler and Spyder. Riding the mountain roads has been soooo much fun. My question: When people transport their Spyders, does anyone ever use the sway bar as a place to hook to...

A message from Yves Leduc Vice President & General Manager BRP

Thought that was from the heart. Takes a strong person and company to admit mistakes. I am impressed.

    Spyder on fire?

My clamp/hose to my gas filter has come loose twice now, so much so I had to replace the clamp. I noticed gas had been leaking underneath on start up only. I was told because of the high pressure on start-up this hose/clamp can come loose. The gas comes out by the gas filter and runs down the...

    Ideas for next Owners Event

I like the cruise idea. Possibly a sunset crusie with music. Everyone is self contained and has everything they need all in one place. All they have to do is have fun. Alot easier to coordinate for BRP as well. Coordinate a ride before so people have something to talk about. Day 1 Owners...

    Stuck in the mountains

Funny thing is the antifreeze (ICE) replacement was more than the part itself. Labor was an easy install even this caveman could do it.:ohyea:

Like yours:roflblack: Was not focused on them, no big deal. The big deal is that the Spyder is down and waiting to get back on the road

    Stuck in the mountains

One of the things I did not mention while baking in the sun that day. Two separate Spyders rode by and never stopped to see if I needed help (maybe some water), where's the unity? I was a bit disappointed, but yet, it's the bike that is cool, not necessarily the rider.

    Stuck in the mountains

30,000 miles, could use a new one from insurance...thought about it, but after 2 1/2 hours I needed to get results...all ended well. Just have to wait for the part now.

    Stuck in the mountains

Not a great picture, but this is where all the fluids came from. Guess they had to go somewhere. Maybe we (me) need to carry an extra one.

    Stuck in the mountains

Went for what I thought was going to be a well deserved day off. Have not ridden for 3 weeks. Took the Ortega Hwy to almost the top then within seconds, I have no antifreeze and the engine is in limp mode and overheated. All the fluid came out of the seam the picture shows. Not sure if a clamp...
