• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Bet you a dollar the punks come out on this one. We'll most likely see a law banning any escape attempt while being assaulted. It'll be called the take I like man law. :nojoke:

Light Smoke vs. Dark Smoke Face Shield?

If you're contemplating a new helmet purchase, a flip down visor is pretty handy too. Mine has a switch on the left side and pops up or down with a flick. I sometimes leave the clear one up and use the tinted one only. Keeps the bugs off and the air flowing. :)

video of Motorcycle gangs in NY .....

What we didn't see was what happened in the beginning. The SUV obviously stopped after the first incident. To me, that pretty much proves his intent. Then something happened and fearing for his life, got the heck out of there. Punks have amazingly large cajones in packs. Regardless of who is...

    Reverse Psychology ....

This is a real head scratcher for me. I just don't see how they could make colors in shifts, unless buying paint in 50 gallon drums on sale and only have one paint gun, painter and booth? I get efficiency, but it's not like they build Spyders, push them into a booth, mask them off and paint...

    Bob D New RT

It's not a farkle, if it was in the bike at the time of purchase. I think we've all figured out why Bob promised to stay away from farkles to get the 2014. It'll be part of the "package". You go Bob. :)

looks like we will take a beating

I imagine the oil cooler will remain in front one of the slots with maybe the other adding some needed ventilation. From the BRP data, it appears the headers will drop down to the right side of the engine and down along the bottom to the cat, so oil cooler will likely stay on the left. That...

    2010 RT should I?

I had to work through all the bugs on my 2010 too, but it's been a sweet ride since. Unfortunately, other obligations and the lack of riding time has forced me to put it up for sale. It's on the 4 sale section now, if anyone is interested. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD

    Sell or Trade In

I wouldn't bet on the maintenance being as advertised just yet. The marketing us sure to be a best case scenario. Even auto makers put an * next to their intervals for "extreme" conditions, which encompasses most use cases. You'll lose thousands to save a few hundred. I say keep the old proven...

Riding a Motorcycle 150mph with no helmet

I know a guy who went down at 120 on a track with full gear and got up with only a couple of bruises. Not sure how comfortable he would have been in the same situation without the gear, but we all know our choices.
