• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Advantage of Vented Windshield?

I have one on my spyder. You don't really feel the air coming from the open vent unless you put your hand right up to it. But it does take care of the buffeting when it is open. I closed it just to see the difference and it was very noticeable. The wife really likes it when she is on back and...

    Battery questions

Wonder if they have improved Li-ion batteries. I had one in my motorcycle and took it out. I ride all year long and problem with Li-ion was that it did not like sitting in the 20-40 degree weather. Seemed if it dropped below 40 the CCA would drop off greatly. Called manufacture and they told me...

RPM difference between the digital and analog gauges

As far as the speedo, my analog matches the digital up to 50 mph. Then the digital suddenly becomes 3 mph fast after that. I compared the analog (which is always accurate) with my phone GPS and Garmin. Even checked it with a old TOM TOM and Magellan GPS units I have. This is on a 2015 RT. I just...

Has the nanny learned to play nice with LEDs on the 2015?

Interesting. This guy is a spyder tech in Vancouver, WA. Has an interesting topic here on this video. Just FYI.

    Rear Top Cargo Shelf

No. I am talking about the bag. It does not mount to the lid. The mirror is in the bag and is actually thick plastic like a pocket mirror. Does not flex. Well unless you want to break it. If I can figure out how, I will post photos of the inside. The Amazon page does not do it justice. P.S. I...

    Rear Top Cargo Shelf

I ordered one of these for the wife. It came with the straps and shelf to install. Inside the top of the cover is a mirror for her to use. It is actually a very nice set up. But like the rest of people on here I too keep the shelf folded up and out of the way when not using the bag...

    my new 2015 RT-S

I agree with you on the front shocks. And I am surely going to put a Bajaron sway bar on. Hopefully he is working on making shocks for 2014 and up models soon. Congrats on the new ride.

USING THE ECO MODE 1330 Engine

I agree! I tried eco mode for city driving out of curiosity. But when getting on the freeway I was disappointed at how much it cut your power. Turned it off while still accelerating and held throttle at same position. The spyder took off like a rocket. Even the wife asked what I did. Lol. I'll...

Is the rear tire an automobile tire?

:shocked:Great video. That is wild leaning on goldwing. I tried that and always caught the center stand. Did you remove yours?

    Dry Club or Not?

Common sense If I do even stop at a pub and have a drink I choose to only have one and then won't even touch my keys for at least an hour afterwards. I do this whether I'm on 2, 3 or 4 wheels. The cost of a DUI and even worse, the thought of me hurting someone else due to not being 100% focused...

    Ready to leave Harley

I have seen the sport bike riders do this in person also. And then they glorify it by putting it on Youtube and running from cops. Not a group you want to ride with. That is for sure.

    GPS ideas

Got it done! Got my GPS all installed yesterday. Used this idea to mount it and BRP is nice enough to already have the 3.5 mm jack and power cables installed so need to find a harness...

Thanks. I did contact them. They no longer have that product. Sad part is I can not find anything else like it. So I just settled for the Hopnel nets.

    Rob's Mods & Farkles

Just curious where did you route the power cables for the items on your dash? Through the windshield mount area? And if so how hard was it to fish through there? Sent from my SM-N910P using Tapatalk
