• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Brought a pizza home - on the Spyder!

Yup, pretty much use the Little Girl for all my shopping. Found the TP fits in the side bags quite well. I also use the back trunk. I tend to not carry a purse with me when I shop, so I can pretty much fill it to the brim. Pizza was a little bit more difficult, but ribs are a piece of cake...

    Riding Gear

All Kinds of Stuff I wear a Tour Master most of the spring and summer. When it gets cooler, I wear the leather jacket and leather leggings. For a rainsuit, I use my Frabill bibs and jacket...we are fisher people...and then of course my helmet. I also have 3 pairs of gloves for different...

    Riding Gear

Uninstalled I hadn't realized the upgrade had taken place until I couldn't access my email and called my carrier. I uninstalled this morning and all is back to normal. I agree, a little warning would have been nice!

    Rest in Peace Gracie 4/??/2002 - 4/19/2013

A Prayer Over 30 years of dog's, we have put to rest 4. Each loss was heartbreaking, but over the years we remember the silly happy things each had done and laugh with tears in our eyes. Below is a prayer that has helped us through each one. Our thought are with you and your wife. A DOG'S...

Enjpy! Enjoy your new ride. There is no "darkside" when it comes to riding. My husband bought a new Wide Glide last year.....though when we ride together he does follow me:D

Is a Motorcycle Safety Course Recommended?

I Agree I agree. Taking the course was the best thing. I also find that I am (I hope) a much better car driver. I had never driven a m/c by myself, always a passenger, but I made up my mind to do it. Within a couple of hours I was actually driving a bike! Though riding 2 wheels did not...

    Who's riding this weekend

Ride? What's that! IFI can get the 2 inches of ice from the front of the garage.........MAYBE I can idle her out to the concrete and listen to her idle IN THE RAIN! Seriously, way to much melting and freezing going on around here. We still have 3 feet of snow in the front yard. :banghead:

    Another CCW weapon question

I now carry a M11-A1 Sig. Formerly known as a P228. Probably a little more then I need, but I love it to death. Grip safeties and I don't have a good history is another reason I bought this model. Twice on my Gold Cup I didn't grab it right and I lost time on COF. Talk about frustrating...

I'm taking the Concealed Carry Weapons Class this weekend!!

Congratulations! I have had my CCW in MN for 10 years. Matter of fact it is time for my renew again. BH and I were in IPSC/USPSA for 8 years. Take your time in choosing your carry gun. I have 3 for different circumstances and the time of the year. Again, congratulations!

What's best for Cleaning the Windshield? Anyone use Pledge?

I do the towel soaked in hot soapy water. I really works great and only takes a couple of minutes. I may try the 50/50 Peroxide though for some of the lower areas where a towel may not hold. Thanks for the information!

Tell your story. What was the moment you knew you had to have a Spyder?

In the summer of 2009, we were on are way to Owatonna and saw this bright yellow 3 wheeler go speeding by us. I thought it was the neatest thing I had ever seen. We were in the market for a new ride, but when I pointed the trike out, hubby gave me that look that said No Way! When we got home...

My Wife does not like riding on the Spyder!

Hi John, even though I ride my Spyder solo, I have been a passenger on my BH's two wheelers for years. I may be wrong here, but I think being a passenger on the Spyder is a learning curve also. Why not give yourself some more time on the Spyder and when you feel more comfortable, then go on...
