• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    CalSci Windshield questions

I am looking at the CalSci windshield for my 600 with stock suspension. I currently use a modified HD windshield attached to the OEM adjustable mount. The top of the windshield is 53.5 inches from the ground. The instructions at the CalSci site doesn't show dimension for height from ground up...

    Rykers Require 87 Octane - Not 92!

I think you are confusing E85 (85% Ethenol) and e-free (ethanol free)

    Swaybar on the Rally Edition

I would add a couple more things: 1. The Arm pinch bolts for the are 5/32 and not 1/8. 2. I left the factory bar connected while I cut it in half. That eliminated having to hold it while cutting it. Once it was cut and then disconnected, it slid right out. 3. I put a dab of grease on each side...

Guy flipped his Ryker riding in reverse

I think it has less to do with where the single wheel is located and more with when driving in reverse you are steering from the rear, which creates stability issues. I owned a TriGlide for a couple years and never experienced any issues going downhill in curves. Since it was an electric...

I installed the optional Sport Bar on my 600. They reduced the reach by about an inch. They are also 1.5 inches wider.

Thanks KC61. I was aware of that condition, but never use it. I seldom even use reverse.

Thanks Chris. I am guilty of that since it is garage kept. I'll start removing the key.

    Issues starting

I've got about 400 miles on my 600 and I'm experiencing some problems starting. Sometimes when I press the start button , I get no response. The display shows the motor management light and the parking brake light. If I turn the bike off and wait for the display to completely clear and go blank...

    Gear lever

I rotated the shifting rod down a couple notches on the spline and it made it easier to reach with my toe. A lot of new Ryker owners try to pull straight back, which doesn't work. It's a rotating down action. If you rotate the lever down a couple notches, it becomes more of a rotating back action.

This is page 142 from the manual. Not the recommended octane rating.

    Gear lever

I removed mine from the spline and rotated it to the rear a couple notches. That and repeated use makes it doable now.
