• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Anniversary

Today is the 2 year anniversary of my RT being built. And the 1 year and 1 week anniversary of taking him home. Just wanted to to say that this forum is fantastic! Lamonster has done a tremendous job getting it going, and you wonderful people for keeping it running. I've learned so much from...

    Show Chrome Passenger Arm Rest

I certainly do like the Diamond R armrest, especially with the passenger cup holder. That's just a lot of dough to shell out for some armrests. :sour:

    Show Chrome Passenger Arm Rest

That's what I was thinking also. I love that the base swivels, but how does it lock going down the road?

    Show Chrome Passenger Arm Rest

Does anyone have this passenger arm rest? I'm looking for a set, but do not want to drill any new holes. These seem to mount pretty good underneath the seat. The description says it swivels, but I can't verify that with what they show. What can anyone tell me about these? Do you like them?

    Headset Recommendations?

We use the Sena brand. Best mod we have done! Very easy to set up and control. We use it for music pairing and simple communication. You can bluetooth to your phone if you desire.

Wife's first time driving the Spyder

I ride the b***h seat more often than I drive, I think. My wife loves to hog those handlebars. :banghead: But it is nice occasionally to sit back there, stretch the legs, and take it all in. Especially on longer trips. :ohyea:

    Rotopax gas Container Photo.

Okay, to get a serious question asked...... How many holes do you put in your trailer to mount this? Just the 4 bolt holes, or a large hole for the center mount? I just hate the thought of drilling into my brand new trailer. But this does look good, and I think it's a good idea to take a...

    Seat Cushions

Another question I have about seat cushions for the RT. I'm looking at the Airhawk cushion, and also considering the sheepskin cover. My main problem is my inner thighs, where they rub against the seat. Some lower back pain as well. Would the Airhawk take care of this problem, or is...

    Wife in the driver's seat

I agree. That's what my wife and I do. She enjoys driving as much as I do, and it really helps out on longer trips. I get stiff driving after a while, so it's nice to sit on the back seat and relax. Nothing wrong with that!

Thanks guys. Really appreciate the feedback. I'm buying a battery tender today!

    Battery Died

So a battery maintainer is the same as a battery tender, correct? I never thought that I would need one, as I am always cranking it at least every few days.

    Battery Died

Got a 2012 RT. Had it exactly 1 year now. Yesterday it was fine. Today, it wouldn't turn over. Jump started it and it cranked. Shut it off a few times, and it continued to crank. Should I be concerned that the battery needs to be replaced? Or, should I get a battery tester and check the...
