• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Burning my legs

Definitely start a conversation with BRP Care regarding your heat issue. They will refer to your dealer, then the process to get the new air flow panels can begin. My husband has a 13 STs and they have greatly helped him and I have a 12 RS that we were able to get the new panels for also. Both...

    ST Windshield Bobble Head Affect

Here is what I came up with and have about 40000 miles on it and it works. Sidebar from his wife: Butch is 6'4" also and had the same issues as yourself...this attachment is from Baker Air Wings and can be tilted on the fly if you want air dumped down at you to cool off on hot days...otherwise...

    Owners Event Location....Hmmmm

I think you got the jist of it. I am really disappointed that BRP is "dividing" up our community. Yes we are getting bigger, but when you do 7 separate events you are not achieving the "we are one" type of attitude. Our own community is starting to put out their own events across the country...

    Sad news from Michigan...

We are so sorry to hear of this loss. SomeGuy was quite the character. We first meet him and Firefly (Dan) at Spyders in the Smokies and looked toward to our visits every year at Spyder gatherings. So glad we were at the same motel at Spyderfest last year and got to hangout with him and...

    Minnesota Spyders @ Spyderfest

:yikes:Say it ain't so!!! What can we do to change your mind (or Tori's). You do know that this is NOT a 2 week event, right, Tori only has to part with you for the max of 5-6 days!

    Remembering my first Owners Event

Nuh, uh....we met you and Joe in Wisconsin at that rally at Devils Head Resort!!! Wouldn't that be our first event? Then we went to the Chicago Owners Event the next June.

    Frozen Snowy Spyder!

I road my spyder all week, we have had no temperature above 10 degrees f and 20 to 40 below wind chill with 4 in. of snow. Just dress warm and ride, you learn how to to ride when it is slippery and you learn your bike. And I'm 62 and loving every minute of it!

    Pikes Peak???

Patti, it's paved all the way now, except for the parking area. For some reason they have not paved that area yet.

    Pikes Peak???

It was paved at least 3 years ago...last time the owners event was in Durango. We would have riden it that year except the fires forced the state to close the hiway heading to the peak.

    Pikes Peak???

We also rode up Pikes Peak last summer. We had to wait until the race trials were done for the day after 9am but that worked into our schedule just fine. Butch's ST had the check engine light come after 13,000 feet because of the thin air, his is a semi auto. My manual RS just ran a little rough...
