• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    F3-T vs RT SE6

As mentioned, it's really important to try and test ride both. Besides features and comfort for you, one of the most important things that I don't think gets mentioned enough is handling! While I haven't owned an RT series, I have had plenty of chances to drive one, and I think the F3 series...

    Rider Magazine

Don't if this has been posted yet, But it's a pretty good article. https://ridermagazine.com/2018/10/02/2019-can-am-ryker-first-ride-review/

    Just Pre-Ordered My Ryker!

I don't think BRP has ever really marketed it as an "off road vehicle" (as in trails). I think we (the general public) have done that. This is the marketing I've read on their site: Not all roads are created equal, so from paved to unpaved and everywhere in between, feel comfortable taking...

    Where's my 50 lbs?

Yes, because the belt doesn't engage on the primary drive clutch until a certain RPM is reached. Of course the parking brake or park(not sure which it has) must be disengaged.

    Undressed Ryker Photos

There is a belt from the drive clutch to the driven clutch (CVT Transmission). The driven clutch is connected to the gear case which drives the drive shaft to the rear wheel. See picture on this page: https://can-am.brp.com/on-road/experience/ryker/technologies.html

    2018/19 retail prices

I believe this is incorrect info. According to the BRP website the 2019 F3L's do have driver and passenger floor boards. I don't see any difference in features between '18 & '19's.

    Ryker Ykester!!!

To the red - Your from MI. Haven't you ever driven a snowmobile? They have a CVT exactly like the Ryker and will out perform pretty much anything you've ever driven. A properly set up CVT will not hold back the performance! Now, of course the engine will come in to play. That being said, for...

    one trike, two riders

I believe if you look closely, there are 3 riders! I think there's a baby under the canopy on the back.

    $10K Spyders for 2019

I think you might be underestimating the hot rod potential. It's nearly 300 pounds lighter than the F3S!

Handlebar options to push the bars away from you (taller rider)

You can go with position C long reach bars or position E drag bars. The drag bars are the straightest and would be the longest reach. See this link on Can-Am's site. https://can-am.brp.com/spyder/shop/accessories/handlebars.html Not too difficult to change. I have a set of drag bars for sale...

    F3T or F3L

To the red - This info is not correct. The F3T & F3L have the same rear shock and rear spring package - Check the parts diagram. They both also have an air bag. Manual air fill for the T & onboard compressor fill for the L.

    F3S Driver Backrest

My wife and I have over 20,000 miles riding 2-up on our F-3 & F3S Daytona with a Can-Am driver & passenger backrests installed and we have zero issues. She's a medium size woman(being careful here) and she has no problem with the drivers backrest installed.

    F3 and F3S Horsepower

On 2017 & 2018 models the F3 has 10 less HP than the F3S - 105 vs 115. The torque is the same on both. One other thing that will effect performance on the '17 & '18 models is a smaller rear sprocket on the F3. On 2015 & 2016 models the HP is the same on both - 115 HP.

    New purchase input

To the red - The 2017 & 2018 rear sprocket are the same size on both - 79 tooth.
